 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by JETSPA, a provider of premium
 aircraft detailing services ("JETSPA", "we", "us", or "our"). By scheduling, authorizing, or using our services,
 you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
 1. Services Provided
 JETSPA offers a range of aircraft detailing services, including but not limited to:- Exterior washing, waxing, and brightwork polishing- Interior cleaning, sanitation, and deodorization- Upholstery and carpet care- Paint protection and restoration- Customized detailing packages
 2. Scheduling and Access- Services must be scheduled at least 24-48 hours in advance.- The Client is responsible for ensuring aircraft accessibility at the agreed-upon time and location.- Any airport-specific permissions, access badges, or escorting required must be arranged by the Client
 unless otherwise agreed.
 3. Pricing and Payment- All prices are quoted based on aircraft type, size, condition, and selected services.

JETSPA - Terms and Conditions- Quotes must be confirmed in writing before work begins.- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing.- Accepted payment methods: [Credit Cards - Debit Cards - Checks - Bank Transfer.]- Overdue payments may incur interest or late fees.
 4. Cancellation Policy- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.- No-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may result in refusal of future service.- Weather-related rescheduling will be accommodated where possible.
 5. Condition of Aircraft- The Client must disclose any known sensitive areas, defects, or damage on the aircraft prior to service.- JETSPA is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or structural weaknesses.- Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, stains, pet messes, or biohazards.
 6. Liability and Insurance- JETSPA maintains liability insurance covering damages directly caused by our services.- We are not responsible for damage due to existing aircraft conditions, undisclosed defects, or external
 causes.- Proof of insurance is available upon request.
 7. Force Majeure
 We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control,
 including but not limited to severe weather, airport restrictions, labor shortages, or equipment failure.

8. Warranties and Guarantees
 JETSPA - Terms and Conditions- JETSPA offers a satisfaction guarantee on all standard detailing services.- Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for re-service or appropriate remedy.- No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
 9. Client Responsibilities- Ensure the aircraft is unlocked, safe to access, and compliant with airport policies.- Remove all valuable, sensitive, or personal items before detailing.- Abide by all local, airport, and FAA regulations during service.
 10. Governing Law
 These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its
 conflict of laws principles.
 11. Amendments
 JETSPA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on
 our website and available upon request.
